Kyser partners with corporate executives and industry leaders to deliver meaningful results for America. He shapes winning strategies, cuts through complexity, and drives decisions forward, leveraging his experience at the highest levels of government, including the West Wing and Supreme Court.
At the White House, Kyser oversaw key areas of the Administration’s economic and trade agenda. He was the primary official responsible for the end-to-end management of all tariff actions issued by the President, covering over $1 trillion in annual U.S. imports and affecting nearly every sector of the global economy. He also coordinated policy development across the Administration to drive common sense reforms, strengthen the American economy, and mitigate supply chain disruptions caused by global events.
As a Supreme Court and appellate lawyer, Kyser represented clients facing some of their most difficult legal problems in the most significant forums. He advised businesses in highly-regulated industries on market‑shaping litigation tactics designed to align with broader business objectives. He also developed and executed litigation strategies in matters involving a wide range of issues and industries, including transportation, energy, financial services, technology, and tax.
Kyser received his JD and MBA from Pepperdine University. He also is a former strength and conditioning coach, having received a BS in Kinesiology from Sonoma State University.
